General Instructions

- Enclose attested photocopy of Export House/Trading/Star Trading House Certificate. - Please give complete details in terms of sub-items manufactured/exported. For example, readymade garments or home furnishing should be further split into ladies, gents shirts or made-up or curtains. Similarly, in case of machine tools, it should be stated whether manufacturing lathes of drilling machine instead of writing machine tools in general. - Attach Chartered Accountant's certificate, regarding annual turnover (including both export and domestic sales) for the last year. Even nil turnover is to be certified by CA. - A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 100/- for non-export house small-scale units / merchant exporter and Rs.200/- for other categories is to be forwarded along with the application form. The application fee should be remitted by means of a bank draft drawn in favor of 'India Trade Promotion Organization'.
